The intervention involves the complete demolition and reconstruction of two existing buildings, one located uphill and the other downhill, both characterized by age-related deterioration, structural issues, and inadequate internal layouts. The new building will be accessible from both sides of the site and is designed with an anti-seismic structure capable of accommodating ground movements, ensuring safety, durability, and improved functionality.
