Casa AOSTA

The building is arranged over two above-ground levels plus a basement and was originally composed of two apartments and a double garage with cellars and a laundry room.
The project involves the subdivision of the building into three independent residential units, preserving the existing internal layout as much as possible. New partitions will be introduced only where necessary to separate the apartments on the ground and first floors, while the upper level will retain a single apartment with access to the attic space. The basement will be reorganized to create three independent garages.
Externally, the building will maintain its original architectural character, with limited modifications: three new garage openings will be created at basement level, and a new entrance with a French door and landing will be added on the east façade.
