Casa CHAMPOLUC

The project involves the renovation of the existing building, with interventions aimed at improving efficiency and comfort while maintaining the original appearance of the façades and the character of the site. Existing wooden cladding will be temporarily removed to allow for the installation of thermal insulation and subsequently reinstated in its original position.
Interior spaces have been redesigned to meet family needs: the basement level will accommodate a recreation room, cellar, laundry, and boiler room; at ground floor, the two existing apartments will be merged into a single unit with a large living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms; the upper floor will include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area with access to the attic.
