Casa CHAMPORCHER
Casa CHAMPORCHER
The intervention involves the construction of a new residence designed to adapt to a steeply sloping site through two staggered building volumes and an underground garage. The architecture combines traditional materials such as stone and wood with large glazed openings to enhance natural light and panoramic views, incorporating loggias and terraces that connect interior and exterior spaces.
The internal layout includes an underground level with garage, ski room, and boiler room; a ground floor with ancillary spaces and a wellness area; and a first floor with an open-plan living area comprising kitchen, dining room, and living room, alongside a sleeping area with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The structure consists of reinforced concrete for the underground level and prefabricated timber modules for the upper floors, with insulated walls and underfloor heating powered by a heat pump integrated with solar panels. The project balances tradition and sustainability, minimizing ground impact and reducing reliance on fossil fuels.
