Casa MONTJOVET

The project entails the demolition of two rural buildings that are no longer recoverable and their reconstruction on the same footprint, with expansion and the addition of an underground level. The intervention redefines elevations, volumes, and the relationship with the terrain to improve accessibility, functionality, and integration within the context. The design interprets Valdostan architecture through a contemporary lens, combining essential forms and traditional materials such as stone and wood with modern solutions, resulting in a bright, articulated residence deeply integrated into the landscape.
