The project addresses the renovation and energy requalification of an existing terraced building, including a redesign of the interior spaces and a selective extension to meet the client’s living requirements. The intervention improves energy performance, natural lighting, and overall comfort, integrating modern architectural solutions and materials consistent with the surrounding context, without altering the overall balance of the building complex.
