Casa STELLA

The building, constructed in 1979, is arranged over three levels and includes a cellar, dining area, kitchen, and three bedrooms, but suffers from poor insulation, inefficient windows, and an inadequate heating system. The internal layout does not allow for a separate kitchen from the living area. The client requested energy upgrading and adaptation of the spaces to modern living requirements.
The project involves the complete renovation of the building with the installation of an external thermal insulation system, standardizing and enlarging openings to improve daylight and comfort. Windows and systems will be replaced, and the internal layout partially modified by converting part of the garage into a kitchen and enlarging the terrace. The façades will be finished in stone and plaster, with modern elements harmonized with the surrounding context, while existing balconies and terraces are preserved.
