Casa VERRAND

The project involves the renovation of a ground-floor apartment facing south-west, with access from a private terrace. The intervention included a complete redistribution of the internal spaces, combining the studio apartment with the kitchen to create a single, more functional environment, and enlarging the bathroom to improve comfort. The project balances functionality and comfort while maintaining a simple and harmonious design.
