Casa VOLKS

The project involves the construction of two main residential units connected by an underground garage, on a site with a gentle slope. The buildings feature clean, modern lines and combine light-colored plastered façades with large openings for natural light and timber roofs clad in dark metal sheeting. Retaining walls and the garage structure are enhanced with exposed stone.
The residences offer functional layouts with generous living areas, separate kitchens, porticoes, bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, as well as laundry and storage spaces. The outdoor areas include private gardens and parking spaces, ensuring comfort and privacy.
