Ex Hotel VITTORIA

The project involves the demolition and reconstruction of the existing building in a contemporary architectural language, creating multiple building volumes with differing alignments to harmonize with the surrounding context. The building, a former historic hotel in Courmayeur currently in a state of abandonment, has undergone numerous extensions and alterations over time that have significantly altered its original volume and appearance, compromising its integration within the urban fabric.
The intervention also includes the urban regeneration of the surrounding area, with the introduction of safe pedestrian routes, equipped public green spaces, new paving, redesigned parking areas, and improved access and traffic circulation.
