The intervention concerns the renovation of a building arranged over three above-ground levels and one basement level, including an extension at ground floor and the addition of a dormer in the attic. The façades will be enhanced with vertical wooden cladding, preserving the mountain character. The internal layout will be reconfigured: an open-plan living area on the first floor, bedrooms and service spaces on the ground floor, and additional habitable rooms in the attic, with particular attention to natural light and the use of wood finishes.
