Latteria CERELLAZ

The project involves the conservative restoration of a historic building formerly used as a communal oven and dairy, with the aim of consolidating its structure, improving functionality and comfort, and enhancing traditional architectural elements. The intervention includes the restoration of exterior finishes, replacement of the roof covering, gutters and downpipes, consolidation of the cantilevered volume, and refurbishment of the window frames. Internally, minor layout adjustments and the addition of a restroom allow for more frequent and comfortable use of the spaces, while new finishes and lighting highlight the oven and dairy areas. The project combines historical sensitivity, structural safety, and contemporary functionality, making the building more accessible for community events and gatherings.
