Maison MIRAVALLE

The project involves the transformation of a former disused hotel into a residential complex of twenty apartments, distributed across the four existing floors. The intervention preserves the original load-bearing structure while homogenizing the façades and regularizing the openings; new metal elements define generous balconies. Minor adjustments, such as the introduction of dormer windows and the reconfiguration of the stairwell, allow for optimized use of the existing volume.
On the north side, a two-level underground parking garage will be constructed, connected to cellars and shared spaces. Outdoor areas will be enhanced with private gardens, walkways, and medium-height planting, integrating the complex into the surrounding natural environment. While retaining the existing volume, the building presents a modern and harmonious appearance, tailored to contemporary residential needs.
