The project involves the demolition of the existing building and its reconstruction as a multi-unit residential development, while respecting the original volumes and the urban fabric of the historic center. The intervention aims to integrate the new building into its surroundings through the use of materials and forms consistent with traditional architecture, while ensuring modern living standards and functional layouts for each apartment.
