Villette VETAN
Villette VETAN
The project involves the construction of two independent villas arranged over three levels, integrated into the sloping terrain to minimize visual impact. The underground level houses garages, technical rooms, and storage areas; the semi-basement level contains the living area with kitchen, living room, and bathroom; the first floor accommodates the sleeping area with bedrooms, bathroom, and access to panoramic terraces.
The architecture recalls traditional Valdostan style, featuring stone masonry and exposed timber structures, reinterpreted with a contemporary approach. Balconies and terraces are made of laminated wood, while paved surfaces in porcelain stoneware replicate local stone. The buildings are integrated into the natural landscape through naturalistic engineering works, vegetation, and large stone elements, respecting the terrain morphology and panoramic views. The roof features a traditional double-pitched stone covering, while large openings ensure natural light and continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.
